I rarely shop on line. However, I was attracted to your site; on the banks of Raquette River, with its hills of blue🎶. I truly love all of the products I now use daily. As an undergrad at P’dam in the 60s, the only cosmetic assistance I used was Noxzema; Wind Song, Tabu(!), were common fragrances. Shared. Candles used for comfort were not anyone’s choice. I must say that if anyplace could have benefited from your gentle, earthy, forest/field fragrances, I can supply names and addresses.
Thank you for your work, your education, your respect for the earth; your generosity of spirit. Your products are wonderful. Even the car freshener, although I am having difficulty getting the plastic lid deal off the cute bottle; anticipation is the adventure. Maybe that plastic cap could be reviewed? I’m mentioning this to be helpful, not negatively critical. There must be other 76 year old P’dammers who have discovered you. Again, thank you. Good work.
I ordered the balsam fir candle for myself and was so taken back by the gorgeous scent and how beautiful these candles are. I went back and placed a much bigger (trying different scents this order) for myself and also to give as gifts. The presentation is lovely, the scent is natural and beautiful, I strongly recommend!
Always enjoy receiving my new candles! The scent is amazing! I also have the car freshener in Balsam, when I took my car for inspection the tech jumped out & yelled to me “Smells like a Christmas tree in here!” Love it!
Way too expensive for such a small candle. The picture made it look like it’s bigger than it actually is. Very disappointed in the size as well as the scent. It does not smell like a Balsam and Fir tree and the scent also doesn’t linger on like I hoped for. Forty two dollars for a small, medium size candle is ridiculous! No candle is worth it.
I bought the medium size (middle size) Balsam and Fir candle. I was expecting it to be a good size which it wasn’t. The pictures make it look larger than it really is. So disappointed! It is not worth the $42 I paid for it. The scent is nice but isn’t very strong plus it doesn’t really smell like a Balsam and Fir tree. I can’t afford to keep buying candles from this company, sorry!
I love the scent of The Balsam Fir candle. It reminds me of walking through a Christmas tree farm at the holidays. And the glass jar that it’s poured into is very pretty and I’ll definitely be repurposing it. Thank you for such a lovely candle!
A natural fir/pine tree is not possible for our Christmas because of allergies, however, the Balsam Fir candle and wax melts still give our home that special natural tree aroma. I love the scent. I don't burn the candles but use a candle lamp. The candles seem to last longer and there is no worry of fire. This candle was fragrant through the Christmas season and is still welcoming us and visitors with a beautiful balsam fir scent through the New Year.
I love the smell of this candle, but for some reason it would leak an oil from it. It was present when I received it and I figured it was just from shipping. I wiped it down and set it back in the shipping box because it was a gift. When I went to wrap it a few days later, there was more oil leaking around it. It was a clear liquid that smelled strongly of balsam. I deceided to keep it rather than chance wrapping it up. It smells beautiful and I am sure it would have made a beautiful gift.
