Balsam soap and a free lilac lotion was ordered for my son in Florida. We love all of your products. I am from your area. born in Massena and now reside in Myrtle Beach Beach, SC. I was a little disappointed due to the package arriving 13 days later and missing his birthday. I know you can’t control the mail, but it may help if you know how long it takes to receive items from the North Country.
